Luiza Patrikyan is a hardworking attorney who has made it her goal to provide all her clients with exceptional legal representation. Ms. Patrikyan is admitted to practice law in the State of California and in the Federal Court in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Patrikyan was a participant in the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium (LAIC). This program provided pro bono and low bono legal services to low to modest means individuals. As a LAIC participant, Luiza received training in Landlord-Tenant Law.

She understands that adequate legal representation can be the difference between asserting and not asserting one’s civil rights. She is a fierce advocate with an immense understanding of bed bug litigation. Ms. Patrikyan has handled and settled hundreds, if not thousands, of bed bug cases.

On her (limited) spare time, Luiza enjoys learning about the ancient world, traveling and spending time with her family and loved ones.
