Disneyland Hotel Bed Bugs Butcher Woman

Disneyland Hotel Bedbugs Butcher Woman

My Bed Bug Lawyer, Inc. filed a lawsuit on behalf of Ivy Eldridge, a visitor to Disneyland and California Adventure, April 2018.

Sadly, the much-anticipated trip did not go as planned. Upon their stay at the Disneyland Hotel, the family was bitten mercilessly by bedbugs. The Frontier Tower housed the unsuspecting family who believed the Disneyland Hotel would be a safe and sanitary place to stay. Ivy and her family woke the following morning, covered in bites.

Brian Virag, the attorney for the Plaintiff stated, “People put trust in the Disney name and pay top dollar to stay at the Disneyland Hotel. In this case, Ms. Eldridge’s trust was betrayed.”

“This was not a situation where a person sustained one or two bites. Ms. Eldridge was bitten throughout her body, including, but not limited to her face, ears, neck, arms, and back. She was absolutely butchered.” said Virag.

And this isn’t the first time Disneyland has been sued for bedbugs. A summer vacation turned into a nightmare for a Bay Area family after they were bitten by bedbugs at the Grand Californian in 2014.

In this case, the Disneyland Hotel clearly failed in its obligation to provide a bed-bug-free and habitable room. The lawsuit has been filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Is Disneyland still the Happiest Place on Earth? Probably not for Ivy Eldridge and family.
